One thing my years of practice have taught me is that there is no perfect diet and exercise plan for everyone. We all can think of examples of people who ate and exercised very similarly and ended up looking very different. There are so many factors that go into how your body handles food and activity; your metabolism, your nervous system, your genetics, even your stress level will all determine which foods will be healing for your body and which will push you in the wrong direction.

The same exercise will be the perfect fat-burning activity for one person and will actually cause another person to GAIN weight. Figuring out your best diet and your most effective exercise type can be a challenge unless you know what to look for. By collecting the right data points, you can make sure that your diet makes the most sense for your current health status, lifestyle, hormone balance, and metabolic type.
